Do you take on new home builds directly or only through builders?+
Both. We work with several Canberra custom builders, and we also deliver plumbing for owner-builds — coordinating with your other trades.
How long does new home plumbing take?+
Rough-in is typically 3–5 days depending on size. Fit-off after tiling and cabinetry is another 2–4 days.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?+
Yes — workmanship warranty on every job, backed by ACT Plumbing Licence 2019432 and full insurance.
Can you help pick tapware and fixtures?+
Yes — we'll advise on WaterMark compliance, warranty terms and long-term serviceability before you commit to a fixture package.
